We would like to thanks the Jeci off Road Safari Teams and especially Charly for this unforgettable Safari in Samburu National Park. Every single minute was a highlight for us. The closeness to the animals that Charly made possible for us will remain unforgettable. He always tried to get as close as possible to the lions, elephants and all the other animals. At time it was very action -packed. We will never forget the search for the cheetah, which we saw up close on the last morning.

Awesome experience with best guide
The tour exceeded all of our expectations. This was entirely due to our very well-educated guide. Every day we could feel his passion as a guide and he tried every day to fulfill our wishes, he drove extra miles for every animal observation just so that we as guests were completely satisfied. He was polite, extremely smart, helpful, extremely respectful, funny and he managed that we had one of the best holidays ever! Thanks Elijah! You will forever grateful for you being our guide!
I would love to book a tour like this again immediately; if they weren’t so expensive. But in the end the trip is worth every cent: highly trained guide, beautiful and special accommodation and super delicious food. I can surely recommend to book a trip with this company and especially with our guide Elijah. He is simply the best!

A fascinating trip with lots of enthusiasm and no worries
We, a family of four, booked an 8-day trip to Kenya as a private safari in Germany through Karibu. After a first night near Nairobi airport, we were picked up by Charly, the best guide you could wish for, and from December 24th to December 30th we traveled together to 4 national parks. The trip was fantastically beautiful and without any problems or incidents. Charly is such a friendly and committed person who inspired us and conveyed the life of the animals with a lot of expertise and took us to the best spots with incredible and unique impressions of the animal families. His own fascination for life in the reserves was noticeable at every moment, so that he enabled us to have a wide variety of experiences. At all times we knew we were safe and in good hands. The tent accommodations were consistently very clean, well maintained and safe. The food was varied, but always delicious and easy to digest. During the long car journeys, Charly answered our (many) questions about the lives of the people in Kenya in a very realistic way and gave us a little insight into how the culture and rituals of the people in the country shape life. We are absolutely thrilled with our trip, very grateful for such a competent, open, friendly and approachable guide and can only recommend the perfect organization of Karibu in Germany and Jeci in Kenya. The standard of accommodation was beyond our expectations ...

Just wanted to let you know that we made it home safe and sound, but missing Africa already. Everything worked out well. There wasn’t a hitch and the standard of accommodation was beyond our expectations. Our driver John was the best – knowledgeable and friendly. We saw lots of animals – the big 5 and all the cats. We are now going through the photos we took.

We’ve just returned home after our safari. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay in Amboseli, Tsavo East and West. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation choices as we thought it would be basic as per the price you gave us. The kids particularly loved Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge.
Our driver Salim was very professional and he succeeded in involving our children in this great experience. Overall we had a great time and we look forward to being back to Africa sooner. We will definitely refer our friends to you. Thanks to all involved in making our holiday special.

My friends and I had a great time. We never ran into any difficulties and our driver Salim was knowledgeable and worked hard to find animals. We saw a leopard and other multiple cats.
The highlight of the safari was being in the Mara where we managed to spot 3 rhinos and once again all the cats and the big 5. Salim’s knowledge of the habitat was impressive and he was fun to be with. We are grateful for his efforts in making our safari a memorable one. We will recommend you to our friends without hesitation.

Apologies I meant to send you an email. Our safari was fabulous and much better than we had hoped. Your choice of driver/guide was inspired. We felt very comfortable with Mohammed whose experience was invaluable in helping us to see so many animals especially the elusive lions. He did more for us than he needed to do and we were very grateful.
The camp was stunning and all the staff were so helpful. The food was delicious and the children were very excited to see so many hippos crossing from our bedroom.

We are safely back in Switzerland now covered in snow!
Selous Impala Camp was very nice. We could hear hippos at night. The camp is surrounded by beautiful birds and we even got to witness a lion kill a wildebeest during one of our game drives. Game viewing along the river was phenomenal.
Thank you for arranging such a wonderful trip – everything worked out very well from the flights to your choice of accommodation. We will contact you for a next trip back to Africa.

On behalf of my wife and I, I can say that we had a great 4 days safari. Our driver Mohammed was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had and waited patiently as we took pictures. The choice of accommodation was exactly what we wanted, simply, clean and close to nature. We fell in love with Voyager Ziwani. The view of the lake with hippos as and crocodiles and the afternoon nature walk made our safari worth every penny. We saw lots of animals; the food was incredible and friendly staff. We had entertainment from the Maasai after dinner, in front of the campfire.
All this was very much appreciated and made our honeymoon very special.
We will definitely be returning to Kenya for our holidays and anniversaries.

We were blown away by the hospitality during our stay ...

Hi Priscilla,
We are back home and we would like to say thank you for arranging such a wonderful safari for us. It being our first time in Africa, we were blown away by the hospitality during our stay at the Sarova Mara Camp. The camp is amazingly nice and everything was thought of by the staff, even being up at 6am for early morning game drives, we were served with d hot chocolate and cakes before setting off. Food was great, the personnel was friendly and nice.
Our safari driver David was really knowledgeable about wildlife. We saw all the cats and big five- the migration was on. We saw a Leopard just 10 minutes into our safari! We shall send you some of the great photos we took.
We look forward to our next safari in Kenya next year.
