We are on the ground in Nairobi and Mombasa and offer administrative support, expert travel advice and round the clock concierge services for your clients. Our team of experts offer after hours accessibility, as well as a contact number for your clients while travelling with us.
Vehicle Hire Services
We have our own fleet of well-maintained transfer vehicles and custom built 4×4 Safari Land cruisers. All Safari vehicles are fitted with cool boxes, toolkits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, seat belts. They also have High frequency Radio Call, additional spare parts for any minor issue or breakdown while on safari, special shock absorbers, double springs and expensive tubeless tires to avoid punctures. We also stock mineral water and upon request we can provide soft drinks and snacks in the vehicles.
White Labeling Services
We provide ground logistics and operational support while letting our Partners take credit for their customers’ experiences. Our white labelling service includes having logos on safari vehicles as well as welcome gift bags reflecting your brand.
Travel Concierge Services
We will be with your clients from the very first contact until the end of their Safari in Kenya. We work with the very best and trusted travel partners and suppliers. This allows us to tailor our services specifically to the needs of our agent’s clients. It also ensures that our partners and clients get the attention to detail they deserve.
