Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi
On arrival at the JKIA, you’ll be met and transferred to the elegantly sophisticated Nairobi Serena Hotel where you’ll spend your first night.
Despite its pivotal central location, the hotel remains true to its title and offers an oasis of serenity amidst the bustle of one of Africa’s most vibrant capital cities. The hotel is renowned for its ‘Mandhari’ fine-dining restaurant, which is rated as one of the Kenya’s finest.
Day 2 & 3 - Lake Nakuru National Park
Next stop is Lake Nakuru where thousands of pink flamingos tint the horizon. Around the lake a game reserve has been created where the endangered black rhino is protected and may be seen along with antelope, giraffes, lions and hyenas.
There’s also a concentration of pink flamingo which seasonally feed on the abundant algae which thrives in the shallow warm waters.
Other bird species can be found in the surrounding acacia Savannah and forests. Accommodation is at Sarova Lionhill Lodge.
Day 4 ,5 & 6 - Maasai Mara National Park
Finally, the magnificent Maasai Mara, famed for its vast numbers of plains game and the spectacular big cats.
Here you stay for 3 nights at Olonana Camp located a private concession bordering the Mara. During the migration, the action happens right at the camps door step.
Given the position the camp has the richest game section of the Masai Mara, the Mara North Conservancy
Day 7: Nairobi
After breakfast depart with gaem drive en-route to Nairobi dropping off at the airport or Nairobi hotel.
